In 2005, the Federal Bureau of Investigation listed California as the top ranked State in terms of having the most number of children in trouble with the law (18 years old and below). 0.60% of the total state population, or 217,158 teenagers, were arrested for sundry crimes. Boot camps are very helpful in bringing back the closeness in a family. Teens with outraged behaviors attend these facilities and most of those who went out from these institutions have changed for the better. Their behavior had completely changed and they became a more responsible individual of the society. Others might not change that much, but, they might have received credits for them to graduate.
